This device has been designed for personal health enhancement and for improving the quality of life of persons suffering from illnesses with itch and skin problems like psoriasis, nettle-rash or hives, dermatitis, allergic rashes and eczema, herpes, acne. The device was invented by an American dermatologist suffering from psoriasis.

The operation principle

The ITCH STOPPER is a special device treating with heat. It generates heat, ultrasound and electromagnetic energy pulsating with a frequency from 50 Hz to 100 Hz at and around the metal pad. It destroys toxins and allergic materials inside the skin and it generates a powerful anti-histamine effect. The model LD is good for treating large skin surfaces. The model SM is suitable for treating small size area of the skin like herpes, pimples, insect bites and dots of rashes. It is also suitable for treating within the outer ear, inside of nose and the skin surface between fingers. For treatment of large area of skin it is recommended to use the model LD which is a more powerful device. The model SM is very effective in preventing development of the herpes and pimples and it is quick to remove the existing ones. In case of insect bites the device will eliminate bad itch and blistering on the skin surface instantly.

According to other American clinical trial results which was carried out on patients suffering from psoriasis:

Questions and Answers

- Is the treatment with the ItchStopper unpleasant?
People are not able to sense the ultrasound and the electromagnetic field directly so they can feel a slight heat. The temperature of the metal pad is controlled by changing the frequency in five grades. The temperature is between 28°C and 30°C in the lowest grade and it goes up to about 45 to 47°C int he highest grade. Everyone can set the proper grade which fits to him/her. If you move the metal pad of the device slowly on the surface of the skin then the heat is more tolerable for a sensitive area.

- Can children and pregnant women use the Itch Stopper?
Yes, children older than one month can use it with the help of their parents. Pregnant womens can also treat themselves with this device.

- Is there any illness which is a contraindication regarding this treatment?
No, there is not any of that kind.

- How long does a treatment last? How many times a day does it need to repeat that?
An area like the surface of a woman palm needs about three to four minutes to treat. In the first days two treatments are recommended to do.

- Can I use this device on the hairy skin of my head also? If yes then is there any damage it can cause ont he hair?

- What is the frequency of use?
In case of chronic illness or allergy a maintaining treatment is recommended after eliminating the skin problems. This means two to three treatments a week. In case of an acute illness you has to begin the treatment right after you can recognize that.

- Should I use any ointment or cream when I use the ItchStopper?
No, that is not needed. It is sufficient to use the device only.

- How much time is needed to get good results?
The device eliminates your itch after a single 20 to 30 second application. If you have a bad itch which still returns for seven to ten days then two treatments a day is recommended. After that you can switch to one treatment a day. You can remove skin problems within two weeks to two months depending on the state of your health. There may be individual differences of course.
